Sharma confirms summit location

Commonwealth Secretary General Kamalesh Sharma who met task force Chairmen and External Ministry officials today in Colombo confirmed the location of the summit as Colombo and reviewed the ongoing preparations for the holding of the Commonwealth Heads of Government Meeting (CHOGM), official said.

External Affairs Ministry Secretary K. Amunugama told Daily Mirror online that the meeting which lasted for more than 90 minutes was attended by Chairmen of some 15 task forces and other officials.(HF)
