Same like mosoon begining to recede, the big talks about plans and implementations and all those so called measurements to avoid floods in the future will also will begin to recede. Any government who was and is in Power was boasting to take action for flood problem, new drainage systems etc.. and nothing happened during the years I can remember. With the 19th centruary drianage systems, will keep our finger crossed till we experience this problem over and over again.
