Lankan migrants nabbed

Eighty five Sri Lankans who attempted to migrate to Australia illegally through the maritime border were arrested by the Australian navy. These arrests were made when the migrants were sited in a small boat close to Christmas Island.

The migrants were mostly Tamil nationals. The boatman was also arrested by the Australian navy.

    Aussies loved the LTTE. So, why not accept a few more Tamil Brothers and sisters. There may be a few from other nationalities too.

    Majority of Sri Lankan Australians are Sinhalese. They are there for a better future. No harm in Burgers or Muslims or Tamils going to Australia or to the west.
