Dear Dr., You were instrumental in obtaining a good position at Unesco in the Education Sector which paved the way for me to develop my skills which I can never forget and indeed I am really grateful to you. You have also done yeoman service to the Sri Lankan community in France and we were really proud of you. We have lost a great Sri Lankan Scholar. May you Rest in Peace.
