How this daughter owned a V8? Father is a senior officer from police but still a government officer entitled to a Sri Lankan state pay code. May be a lottery winner or from ancestral wealth. If not invetigate both; the Vehicle accident and the aquiring of such a high price vehicle. First one is a traffic offence. Second one if illgotten moeny is a crime.

actually its not her vehicle. Its her boyfriends vehicle. He comes from a wealthy business family and she has driven the vehicle with him and also has had a race with another car.

Absolutely, correct. How can a Police officer afford such an expensive vehicle and it is not a secret how much they earn as Gov't servants. There seems to be ill gotten money and need to probe how and where this money came about and income or gains reported to tax Dept- taxes declared and paid? Hope there is no drug money involved.

Shop owner must be arrested immediately, because courts cannot be serving JUSTICE at this juncture, so INJUSTICE is the rule of law.
