The CID on Thursday informed Colombo Chief Magistrate Lanka Jayaratne that there was no evidence to show any connection to an alleged abduction of the Swiss Embassy employee Garnier Banister Francis.
The CID in its report said it was revealed from the statement given by Ms Francis to the CID that there had not been an incident near St. Bridget's Convent even though she had told the embassy officials that the alleged incident happened there.
It said Ms. Francis had informed the CID that on December 8 and 9 that the alleged incident had occurred near the Palmyrah Court Apartment in Kollupitiya
The CID said according to CID investigations so far, no evidence has been revealed about any incident at No:20,2/2, Palmyrah Court, Palmyrah Avenue, Colombo 03 as claimed by her.
It said a further statement would be recorded because they needed to be thoroughly investigated.
The CID said it had been unable to record her full statement on December 8 as she had fainted twice while giving her statement and investigations into the incident are still in progress and that it had not completed recording her statements.
The CID said during the recording of the statement, the suspect had given her statement in the hearing of the embassy doctor and embassy officials, who were close by and that it needed to record a statement from two other individuals whose names were revealed from her telephone details which includes another embassy official. What a claim by CID!! The victim asked you to find the evidence and you can't simply say it is NOT available without investigating. A western Embassy or its staff can't enact a drama which would be illegal as per their country law.

most of the time, criminals commit their crimes by making sure that there is no evidence left or destroying any evidence or intimidating witness. Investigations are done to coverup the crimes so it will allow to commit further crimes.

this is similar to white van abductions happened before UNF formed the government. MS was a defense ministry during the white van abductions and he cannot say that he doesn't know anything about it.

there person who commanded white van abductions murders and who commanded shelling at hospitals and other civilian targets is the same person. Orders came from the same person because all of them are crimes against humanity. Who is that person? Readers can guess who that person is.

It seems like this woman is a victim of a scam with two purposes. One to get refugee status and move to Switzerland and the next is to tanish the image of the current administration. Someone is using her. It is good to get into the bottom of the issue and clear the good name of the nation or good name of the woman by disclosing the actors behind this drama.
