Housing, Construction and Cultural Affairs Minister Sajith Premadasa appeared before the Presidential Commission of Inquiry (PCoI) to investigate corruption of the current administration a short while ago.

He will provide a statement on recruiting a large number of graduates and non-graduates to the National Housing Development Authority (NHDA) on a contractual basis at the beginning of this year without a cadre requirement or proper training.

This is the normal practice of any Minister. The difference is, when the late Asroff recruited around 200 guards for the Posts Authority, they vanished after the arms-training.
