Former president Mahinda Rajapaksa said today priority should be given to religious reconciliation in the country.
He told a meeting of religious and political leaders in the parliamentary complex that religious reconciliation was as important as communal reconciliation and assured that neither he nor his party would try to gain political mileage out of the present situation in the country.
The Opposition Leader said all those concerned with safeguarding the country should take the responsibility for the Easter Sunday bombings. (Yohan Perera)

You and your goons had people like the gnanasara thero spread hatred in the country and now you have the audacity to preach reconciliation? Minority groups don't trust you and your family and they will never trust you and your family!
