UNP MP Ranjan Ramanayake, who was arrested on Tuesday in connection with the controversial audio clips was today remanded till January 29 by the Nugegoda Magistrate’s Court.
He was arrested by the Colombo Crimes Division (CCD) officers at his residence in Madiwala on Tuesday on the instructions of the Attorney General after obtaining a warrant and produce him in court on charges of interfering with the functions of the judges.
