President should solve present crises: Ranil

Dear Ranil,We know you are from a privileged background where school was next day and University a few doors away. You would have never even seen the inside of a bus.Your career was easy due to Uncle Dickie Jayewardene who would ensured you fast tracked to Deputy Foreign Minister in your first entry to parliament.But we are ordinary citizens who go on the floor board of buses, drink plain tea and study under trees in the Colombo Public Library and eat the lunch our mother prepared at 4.30 AM. We are not jealous of you or envious of you as God has destined each one of us for a particular life style.But please ensure that you remove all the taxes on essential items for middle and poor class people and ensure a affordable living for us. Even if you are debt servicing is high, find innovative ways through long term loans and bonds and avoid taxing us to service the debts.Please also build MRT(mass rapid transit) so that we can travel easily to Colombo. Ask your heart Mr. Ranil, did you guys follow the procedure? NOT AT ALL. Follow the procedure....the handing of the NCM to the Speaker, deciding on the date of the debate and vote should have been done in accordance with parliamentary Standing Orders and traditions.....No short cut on NCM please.

Ranil himself has no mandate to push through his agenda when he was only one of the constituents in the government. It is famous for UNP members talk about the mandate Sirisena got but work on their own agenda discarding everybody else. Without Sirisena and SLFP there would not have been a government for RW to become the prime minister. If they are suggesting all powerful prime minister there should be term limits to that too.

MS was endorsed by TNA because TNA told Tamils that they vote for him, he will find justice to those victims of crimes against humanity. Unfortunately, MS has shown his true color. MS and other politicians in the South are using race card to win the election rather than focusing on important issues for ordinary citizens. Not only Tamils get fooled by these politicians but also Sinhalese too. Using race card is an easy way to win elections in the South.

You protected them, learn from Malaysian Prime Minster.You have to honest to the country not MR family.You absorbed all SLFP minsters so people did not see any difference before MR or at your times.You must look at the poor general public and improve their Stannard of living.
