The Batticaloa High Court today acquitted and released MP Sivanesathurai Chandrakanthan alias Pilleyan and four others from all charges in connection with the murder of Batticaloa District TNA parliamentarian Joseph Pararajasingam.
Pilleyan and four suspects allegedly involved in the murder of Batticaloa District TNA parliamentarian Joseph Pararajasingam were arrested on October 11, 2015.(Jauffer Khan)

Pararajasingham was a democratically elected Tamil politician from the mainstream Tamils. LTTE and all other Tamil groups were of low caste and they hated all the mainstream Tamils. That was the reason why they killed him. And now they are let free to plan again.
