PM requests to expedite work on Port City

Prime Minister Mahinda Rajapaksa has requested the Acting Ambassador of the Embassy of China that the work on the Port City be expedited and to consider collaborating on drinking water and irrigation projects, the Prime Minister’s Media Division said.

The Prime Minister has expressed these views when the Acting Ambassador Hu Wei called on him at Temple Trees last evening. 

Ambassador Wei presented the Prime Minister a congratulatory message from the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China (CPC). (Lahiru Pothmulla)
