Former President Mahinda Rajapaksa has been sworn-in as the new Prime Minister before President Gotabaya Rajapaksa at the Presidential Secretariat a short while ago.
Former President Maithripala Sirisena and former Prime Minister Ranil Wickremesinghe were also present.
