Traffic congestion is reported from around the Colombo Town Hall area due to a protest march carried out by the non-academic staff of the universities, police said.

    we see a bunch of hooligans who are politically motivated inconveniencing public under security provided. They are free to hold protest by wayside. Pls fine each of them Rs.25,000 for disrupting public and you won't see a crow on the road.
