The Cost of Living Committee is under the illusion that people are too wealthy in this country. Now I have to tell my kids from midnight that it's either milk powder or gas. They are minors, I'm sure they'll understand that the government means well. 15 years from now we will have a workforce of stunted growth due to chronic under nourishment. They will be tomorrow's tax payers and dying before they hit 40 due to low quality of life. We will remember the Yahapaalanaya fondly for it.

The result of repeated plunder and monumental waste by our politicians. The path down the slippery road is clear. Prices will keep rising rapidly as we pay the price for electing known crooks to govern us.
