The Foreign Ministry forwarded the extradition request of former Central Bank Governor Arjuna Mahendran to the Sri Lanka High Commission of Singapore for onward transmission to the Singapore Foreign Ministry, Attorney General’s Co-Ordinating officer, State Counsel Nishara Jayaratne said.
