Nawa Sinhale National Organisation Director Dan Priyasad was released on two sureties of Rs.500,000 each by Colombo Additional Magistrate Priyantha Liyanage today.
He was arrested by the Colombo Crime Division (CCD) yesterday over his alleged involvement in the recent acts of violence.
Priyasad was also ordered to appear in the CCD between 9 am to 12 pm each Sunday. (Nimanthi Ranasinghe)

Why this criminal was not charged under the terrorism law? Then the offence would be not bailable and the punishment could be 10 years. All ethnic communities must be treated equally
