People live in one roomed cluster houses where it is impossible to get fresh air even in normal days. Think about how these unfortunate people can cover their faces and maintain social distancing.....The best precaution they can have is inhale steam on a daily basis when they return to their homes after going out and wash their hands often. Generations of Colombo politicians have failed to uplift the urban poor....except perhaps former Minister Peter Kanamen and President Premadasa.....Over to you the selfish Colombo politicians.
