The infamous theft and disappearance of foreign aid, tsunami aid and foreign loans by corrupt leaders thus far has put a dampener on many expatriates like me to pen to paper and contribute to funds meant for the public. Like many previous contributions, we fear they may well vaporise into the unknown. Very sad though...
