Mahasohon Balakaya leader Amith Weerasinghe was released on bail by the Colombo Additional Magistrate's Court today.
He was arrested on May 14 under emergency regulations on charges of breaching religious reconciliation and public peace.
Additional Magistrate Chalani Perera ordered the suspect to be released on two sureties of Rs. 1 million. (Farook Thajudeen)
