A total number of 357 COVID-19 positive cases have been reported until this morning, the National Operation Centre for Prevention of COVID-19 Outbreak (NOCPCO) said.
They said 70 among them were overseas returnees and the rest (287) were locals.
The majority of the infected were reported from the Colombo District and the figure stood at 63, NOCPCO said.
Meanwhile, the operation centre said 50 cases from Kurunegala, 41 from Gampaha and 133 cases were reported from elsewhere in the country.
91,786 cases linked to the Minuwangoda and Brandix clusters and 88,727 cases affiliated to the Peliyagoda fish market cluster have been reported by this morning, the centre noted.
Moreover, 96,795 COVID-19 cases have been reported within the country so far by this morning, and 93,112 of them have returned home completely cured.
Meanwhile, 3,065 COVID-19 patients are still being treated at centres.
During the past 24 hours ending at 6.00 am today, 618 patients have left the treatment centres after having completely cured.
A total number of 10,500 persons are still under treatment at 104 quarantine centres which are controlled by the military.
