THE PRESENT FINES SHOULD BE INCREASED BY FOUR TIMES. NEXT OFFENCE, ADD 50% PLUS. THAT WOULD BE A GOOD DETERRENT. MR. PRESIDENT, PLEASE TAKE NOTICE. THANKS.
