Gerard D. Muttukumaru will be leading a workshop ‘Developing a World-Class Hospitality, Travel/Tourism, Banking and Services Organisation’ on Thursday, July 23, 2015, from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., at the Grand Oriental Hotel in Colombo.

Gerard has been an Adjunct Professor of Global Business in MBA and Executive Education Programmes in California, USA. The universities include the University of California. His organisation, the Centre for Global Leadership Worldwide USA, has for the last 15 years worked with the senior management of numerous organisations in Sri Lanka and Asia on customized executive and corporate education, management training and management consulting assignments.

A central focus of the workshop is operational and management excellence and getting to 100 percent guest/client/customer satisfaction.
