    Doing the correct thing at the correct time. But not 100% successful in their efforts. Need to find the proper Communication strategy to get the message to the masses, if not it'll be the same failure over and over again.

    @ sam - I don't think so. Most of them have entered the university but haven't completed the degree. Duminda Nagamuwa is the best example

    I also agree with you. Utter wastage of money. It is reported 2,000,000 leaflets have been printed.
