I have a idea. British government has loads of small island around the world. I think it is better to give one of these islands to tamils and send all of the tamils to this place. So they can name it as tamil eelam or whatever. they can protest, they can test bombs, they can develop better suicide bombers. no problem for another country. How is my tikiri mole?

Well terrorists are terrorist. Elapse of time won't make terrorists saints. So they better be kept banned forever. We don't have to worry much over here because anyway no terrorists are left here except a few desperate beneficaries.

Is Dr. Peter Hayes emphasizes that there is LTTE still? You dont have to ban them NOW because there is no LTTE other than some few desperate suporters.
Why didnt you ban them when they were ruthless.
