TNA members removed

The Tamil National Alliance (TNA) has suspended two more of its members in Trincomalee and has also informed the Elections Commissioner of the move. Just last week the Trincomalee Urban Council chairman was also suspended from the party.

Trincomalee Urban Council TNA members T. Kandaruban and R.Kammani Amma were suspended from the party. TNA General Secretary Mavai Senathirajah had informed this decision to the members concerned.

Last week TNA emmber S. Gowrie Muhundan, the Trincomalee Urban Council chairman, was also removed from the party. (Daily Mirror online)

    I dont think this will affect the political scene much, after all no one really knows who those people were to start with.
