The opposition United National Party (UNP) has called on the Lessons Learns and Reconciliation Commission appointed by President Mahinda Rajapaksa, to question External Affairs Minister G.L Peiris and Karuna Amman as they played a key role in the peace talks during the UNP regime.

G.L Peiris was part of the then UNP government delegation at the peace talks while Karuna Amman represented the LTTE. (KB)
