Hope she will wear the saree in a graceful way let it be Indian or Kandyan for the contest at least for 'national dress' category. Most of the girls who expose their bodies have nothing to expose in their brains.

None of the girls wear sarees like their grandmothers. It is a dress that can be worn nicely to show a girl’s figure. She is just showing a naked tummy and waist. It doesn’t have a beauty.

To go to a competition like this, you don't need to know how to wear a saree. There is a set of professional dress makers who goes with them to do that. But Yes I don't know what they thought when they dress her like this.
