Inquiry in to clash at Deyata Kirula

A combined inquiry is underway into the clash that erupted between Army personnel and police STF personnel early morning today at a musical show at the Deyata Kirula 2011 exhibition being held in Buttala, Military spokesman Major General Ubaya Madawela told Daily Mirror online.

He added that full details will available after the official inquiry is completed.

Reportedly eight persons including three civilians were injured due to the clash. (Daily Mirror online)
