Limited, will be hosting a workshop on innovative thinking and product innovation, which is specifically designed for current and future management leaders and professionals in Colombo, to address managers’ innovation needs, based around how to create practical innovation products and projects that work inside organisations.
During the sessions of this programme, the teams will also learn a process to create and plan real innovations in teams which they will present at the end of the course. The main expected outcome is that practical innovation skills are fully transferred to each participant at the end of the programme.
The trainer of the programme will be Christopher Hire, an industry specialist and an expert in the field of innovation. Since 2007, he had been developing and overseeing the Innovation Cities Index — classifying all cities in the global innovation economy. He has also authored the Innovation Cities Analysis Report, a basis for analysing the global innovation economy by location and by industry and market segment. Christopher Hire’s work has been featured on ABC Radio, in newspapers like the Boston Globe, New York Times and The Age, as well as regional and national news services like Reuters and the Huffington Post and online in numerous magazines and journals.
Christopher is connected globally to other leaders, thinkers, business doers, innovation professionals and public change agents in the global innovation economy.
