Former UNP Parliamentarian for Panadura and former State Minister of Power and Energy, Mervyn J. Cooray passed away after a brief illness at the Panadura Hospital this evening, UNP sources said.

Well, he is not a killer he was a nice man..dont talk bullshit that you dont know...I'm from panadura I have seen him and spokent to few time. He was a good guy.
