Emirates wins Airline of the Year Award

Emirates, one of the world’s fastest growing airlines, has been awarded the prestigious Centre for Aviation (CAPA) Airline of the Year 2012 Award for the third time.

The CAPA Airline of the Year is awarded to the carrier that has had the greatest impact on the development of the airline industry.

“Receiving the CAPA Airline of the Year 2012 award means a great deal to the whole of the EmiratesGroup. Having our efforts recognized within the industry, especially as Emirates continues to strengthen its services within the Asia Pacific and the Middle East, is testament to our successful business model, ” said Salem Obaidalla, Emirates’ Senior Vice President, Commercial Operations Far East & Australasia.
