The Colombo Chief Magistrate today ordered the Editor of the Sunday Leader newspaper Fredrika Janz to submit the notebook to Court which she used to take down notes during an interview with General Sarath Fonseka.

The order was given in the case where it was alleged by General Fonseka, in the interview with Janz last year, that Defence Secretary Gotabaya Rajapaksa had ordered the killing of LTTE cadres who surrendered with white flags during the final stages of the war.
