    BTW, the Yarl devi was brought to Jaffna by the CM with TNA & ITAK and not by the GOSL.

    It has taken 5 years to lay a railway track form Vavuniya to Jaffna, when the Katunayake Expressway could be done in one year. This is the winder of Asia we see in Sri Lanka.
