Won’t support MS as presidential candidate: SLPP PC members

Sri Lanka Podujana Peramuna (SLPP) Provincial Councillors unanimously decided not to support Maithripala Sirisena as the presidential candidate, former Central Provincial Council Minister Pramitha Bandara Tennakoon said.

He further said they decided to contest upcoming provincial council elections under the Lotus Bud symbol.

    Why should you consider MS as presidential candidate when the SLPP have many others who are much better candidates who can be considered. Most of your members are better suited than him.
