VirtusaPolaris, the market-facing brand of Virtusa Corporation and Polaris Consulting & Services Ltd and a leading worldwide provider of information technology (IT) consulting and outsourcing services, announced that it has been awarded two Stevie Award recognitions – a Gold award for investor relations and a Silver award for Most Innovative Technology Company of the Year.
The American Business Awards are presented by the Stevie Awards, a US-based business awards programme.

“We’re honoured to receive these Stevie Awards in recognition of our investor relations programme and for being one of the most innovative companies in the technology industry,” said VirtusaPolaris Chief Financial Officer Ranjan Kalia.

“We pride ourselves on constantly striving to develop the most innovative solution sets that accelerate business outcomes for our clients. That same dedication to excellence extends to our investor relations programme, where our guiding principles are to maintain a high level of transparency and visibility with the investment community at all times.”

As a Gold winner in investor relations, VirtusaPolaris was recognized for its comprehensive and deep engagement with its investors and the financial community, providing transparency and extensive information in terms of stock coverage and pricing. VirtusaPolaris was also hailed for the execution of its acquisition of Polaris Consulting & Services, managing a major deal of high complexity.

In the Most Innovative Technology Company of the Year category, VirtusaPolaris was honoured for its creative technical environments that nurture innovation, supported by a strong technical team to help its customers achieve profitability. Among its services and offerings that impact business value and bring innovation to the table, VirtusaPolaris was recognized for its InsightLive and Centroid solutions that reduce errors, while increasing service quality and profitability.

“We’re humbled and honoured to receive this recognition which showcases our continued success in technology innovation,” said VirtusaPolaris Global Head of Engineering Chandika Mendis.
“Our philosophy has always been to accelerate every phase of the systems development life cycle and provide those benefits back to our clients, while simultaneously creating an engaging environment for development teams. We’ve seen tremendous value for our clients as well as our team members from this approach.”
This year’s awards were presented to VirtusaPolaris during the 14th Annual American Business Awards banquet at Marriott Marquis Hotel in New York City.
