A disgraceful show better forgotten. Leave alone the winning we could bat only 35 overs of the 50 overs. 4 lbwsAs usual captain Mathew sacrificed another partner for run out as he frequently does.

    Match fixing?

    Migrant Sunday, 16 September 2018 02:13 PM

No, I don't think so. Most of these players can be dropped so I don`t think they want to risk their position, however much money they could get

    Me Sunday, 16 September 2018 01:47 PM

haturu should be fired!! we won against s. africa without him and dumb mgt team and capt.

Coconut Republic Sunday, 16 September 2018 01:47 PM

First of all groom a captain. Mathew and Chandimal, are good players , but not captain materials. Fix this issue immediately. The way it's going I'm sure we will lose to Afghanistan too

    Indyd Sunday, 16 September 2018 03:00 PM

Same old team and same old results - what else?. I thought Mathews got kicked out a while back. We need a good solid openers (not on and off show men like Tharanga and co). I also though as a skipper Suranga Lakmal did really well. But all in vain as again we got mr Leg issue (current skipper) God bless you folks.

Crashing to defeat is what it is!! Lets see what happens against Afghanistan!

    TONY Monday, 17 September 2018 12:30 AM

AFGHANISTAN WILL CERTAINLY BEAR US UNLESS WE GIVE THE CAPTAINCY TO SURANGA LAKMAL

    Rasheed Monday, 17 September 2018 11:59 AM

Rubbish, he bought the Bangladesh to top.Nobody can coach us because of coach has no say.

    Best Sunday, 16 September 2018 07:38 PM

Problem is the low cricketing IQ of current playersNo matter how hard you coach them

    tissa Sunday, 16 September 2018 07:52 PM

The whole selection committee is clueless and should be fired immediately. Errors in selection are numerous to list, no regard for stats, etc. Malinga was overlooked many times although he topped the lists when selections were made.

    Jan Monday, 17 September 2018 02:50 AM

The best batsman currently is Dimuth and he should be in the side specially considering England world cup. They are selecting sides to get 350 and ending more often below 200.

    Dhammika Sunday, 16 September 2018 09:03 PM

This is hathurusingha curse. he dumped Bangladesh team and ever since Bangladesh is in Revenge mood. we will never recover

Devalei Kudda Monday, 17 September 2018 02:17 AM

    Ghost Monday, 17 September 2018 07:53 AM

At this rate even our Aadivaasi team will give the SL bunch a run for their money. SHAME!!!

    Maru Monday, 17 September 2018 09:56 AM

The problem is we need a really good batting coach! Samaraweera was never a ODI players. When you look at the batting techniques the players are using you can tell they a limited! Such a waste of talent, Medis, Dickwalea and so on. Also whats going on with Tharanga and Matthews? The most senior players are failing to anchor them selves in. Mathews is like the weather on and off. Either he needs to pull his finger or go home. Pathetic to watch them play. We have become a laughing stock! They fall like flys.
