Minister Ranjith Madduma Bandara was sworn in as the Minister of Law and Order before President Maithripala Sirisena at the Presidential Secretariat a short while ago.

I am sure all would agree that we have not done well and already lost confidence of voters in this subject which lead to election defeat in LG polls.I believe country need a minister who can build trust and confidence within the people first . Must accept by all ethnic groups, no corrupt, war crime or HR charges, could represent the country in any forum ( UN ) without any barriers or hindrance. MS and RW took a very logical decision.
