Another Ramith Rabukwella in the making?? It's scary to roam the road knowing that politicians and their sons drive recklessly as if traffic rules don't apply to them.
BuffaloaCitizen Wednesday, 06 June 2018 01:07 PM
The truth is Traffic Rules do not apply to them. Can you find one cop who will challenge a Politicians Son leave alone even his dog?
Real Peace Wednesday, 06 June 2018 02:59 PM
We want to see charges for speeding, dangerous driving, misuse of state vehicle now
BuffaloaCitizen Wednesday, 06 June 2018 12:05 PM
For the way it has happened, these guys would have been coming back after a super drinking session. Now the Police will hush up the whole thing, that is what our Sri Lankan Police is very best at.
Jaliya Wednesday, 06 June 2018 01:54 PM
He was intoxicated at the time of the accident and several hours later. Man is used the government vehicle as a deadly weapon. This was no accident but pure carelessness should be punished by taking away his DL and remove his privileges of being behind a wheel of a motor car,.... before he kills a human being. As to the minister he needs explanation how his son got behind of a state vehicle intoxicated .... farther should be kicked out of a job.
Brainmsdt Wednesday, 06 June 2018 12:00 PM
Why do ministers sons drive vehicles belonging to a ministry They should drive their own cars via DM Android App
Saradiel Wednesday, 06 June 2018 02:16 PM

Jaliya Wednesday, 06 June 2018 07:27 PM
Are you a complete idiot or your brain is scrambled ? WHAT information to be revealed to comment to see whether he was at fault ? Do you really believe the truck drove through the parapet wall and through the windows in to the living room of an innocent persons house by itself ?
WT Sunday, 10 June 2018 12:21 PM
He has done this many times and arrested for his involvement in a road accident in Oct 2016 and 2014. The Land Rover Yasodha was traveling had run over a 42-year-old man. The man had died on admission to the hospital. In this case specially we have to focus as Police were found SWORD , Cricket Stamp and the baseball bat inside his vehicle. I would like to ask Mr. Range Bandara if you cant control your son discipline and how you able to rule to the community and country???
channaj Wednesday, 06 June 2018 01:06 PM
This man has caused multiple accidents due to drunk driving. He has already killed two persons due to drunk driving and how come his license was not cancelled.
Ape Aththo Wednesday, 06 June 2018 01:24 PM
These are the curses that the ministers amassed robbing the rights of the nation! Let it continue for generations to come! This is the Nirvana they are in search for!
Prabhath Wednesday, 06 June 2018 01:52 PM
Who gave a government vehicle to be used by a private citizen? He must have been drunk. This should be investigated and miscreants punished. Until the investigation is over, Range Bandara senior must vacate his ministerial post.
lkboy Wednesday, 06 June 2018 02:24 PM

Unchikun Wednesday, 06 June 2018 02:59 PM
Is this a official vehicle issued to the minister? If so it is miss use of public property and the minister is responsible. He should pay for the damage and be sacked.

Asoka Wednesday, 06 June 2018 09:14 PM
I don’t understand why all these people have a big problem with this accident. Come on guys accidents happen all the time. The only thing is if he was intoxicated then the police should take action.
Gonharaka Thursday, 07 June 2018 06:14 PM
If your not a govt employee who is officially issued a vehicle you should not be driving a govt vehicle. This is misuse of govt property. Our culture of turning a blind eye is absurd. In civilised society dada should be resigning.
