Going without one meal a day, is a sort of fasting, but then they do feast on the other two meals.

Nobody has the right to belittle the fasting without knowing the concept and method of it .They are supposed to forego all three meals during the day without a drop of water including saliva .Could these so called idling critics fast a day ?
