The second phase of the priority bus lane project was implemented today from Katubedda Junction to Maliban Junction and Bambalapitiya Junction towards Piththala Junction, Megapolis and Western Development Ministry said.
The first phase of the project was initiated last Tuesday from Kurusa Junction to Katubedda Junction and Savoy Junction to Bambalapitiya Junction from 6 to 9 a.m.

its a utter failure but Minster will say its a success to try to sit for the next common candidate any child understand without creating new road or making road wider how on earth traffic can reduce or they should limit the it like london on entering on busy area & charging a congection charge but our road space are joke plus already fiance Minster planning on New tax burden via DM Android App

Very good move. Also look at implementation of a city entry fee for private vehicles as most are non essential users. Also please introduce some good city line busses(at double the fee or triple) so that trishaw usage is minimise. Our people pay more than for a AC cab for trishaw without knowing it.
