Huawei, the number one growing smartphone brand in Sri Lanka conducted exclusive ‘Tech Service Days’ across the island spanning a three month period.
The Tech Service Days were offered exclusively for Huawei customers who had the opportunity to visit the nearest centres for all their smartphone servicing needs.
Huawei operates eight service centres located in strategic locations island-wide, spanning the areas of Bambalapitiya, Kandy, Galle, Matara, Batticaloa, Jaffna, Anuradhapura and Maharagama. The service centres were launched across Sri Lanka with the aim of ensuring a superior customer service to all valued Huawei customers and potential buyers.
The Huawei Tech Service Day was initiated at the Bambalapitiya Flagship Service Centre and Anuradhapura and Kandy Service Centres in the last quarter of 2017. From January 2018, Huawei Tech Service Days will be held once a month at different locations, engaging further with loyal customers who seek services and require up-to-date information of Huawei products. The Huawei Tech Service Day especially focuses on providing an all-round service plus other special incentives such as offering free tempered glass for selected Huawei smartphone models, phone outer cleaning services, labour charge-free software updates and free hardware repairing and free FRP unlocking services.
Services such as smartphone and tablet repairs, maintenance and warranty services as well as the opportunity to purchase Huawei branded accessories from a vast range of products, were added services provided to customers. Concluded Tech Service Days also included a raffle draw with gifts as an added incentive for Huawei customers. Customers will be rest assured that they receive the best of service and advice from proficient and qualified staff members who have directly undergone extensive training under the guidance of the Huawei Head Office.
Sharing his thoughts, Huawei Device Sri Lanka Marketing Manager Ruwan Gamage stated: “Huawei has aggressively expanded its service centres across all major locations of the country with the intention of servicing our valued customers. The introduction of Tech Service Days will further create a hassle-free facility to our customers at convenient locations.”
Huawei has plans of deploying over 1500 customer service centres across all major parts of Southeast Asia in the near future. Huawei also adopts a VIP customer service dedicated to high-end products including in Sri Lanka.
