Automated voice recording should read as the following: "Thank you for calling the CEB - ALWAYS BREAKDOWN! We are experiencing a high call volume. You will be placed on hold until 2019. You are welcome to stay online or to call us back around then if you stay alive. We look forward to receiving your electricity bill for interrupted service as well. We appreciate your business"

boru boru boru None of the numbers was reachable none.We had already power cut the whole Wednesday (29th) from early morning onwards due to some works on the line they said. We had power at 6pm just for over 1 hour and then the storm started and again power cut. Now today we are the 5th day without power and without water because we cannot use the electric pump. Most of our deepfreezer contents are spoiled by now. We tried so many calls unsuccessfully. The phone in our local CEB office remained unanswered all the time. Thats very bad specially when we are in distress. via DM Android App
