By the time Home Lands acquired Field View Hotel Athurugiriya, it has been a successful hotel establishment for over 20 years.
The company invested Rs.325 million to acquire the hotel. Nestled in Tropical Greenery with serene environment, Field View Holiday Resort Hotel was known for its eco-friendly cottages. With this acquisition Home Lands Skyline, a flagship entities of Home Lands Group, expects to create a dream housing project to broaden the concept that has already been there to experience a life in serenity.
Considering the advantages of the location with educational institutes, hospitals, the southern express way and other facilities in the area, Home Lands Skyline is determined to design and develop a project that will get the best out of these facilities and the environment.
Talking of the investment Home Lands Group Chairman Nalin Herath highlighted “We consider this to be a worthwhile investment that our company has made and our team is ready develop a housing project with a vision to get the best of location advantage”.
