The petition filed by the Sri Lanka Freedom Party (SLFP) in connection with the rejection of its nomination list for the Dehiattakandiya Pradeshiya sabha was rejected by the Supreme Court today. (S.S. Selvanayagam)

    Our gratitude to the judiciary so we know what will happen to the similar petitions filed in the courts. Our only hope is that the judiciary wil get back to the conduct shown by justice Mark Fernando.Hope and pray that they will start with the cases of Gothabaya Rajapaksha.
