CIM Sri Lanka, recognized as the first international branch of CIM UK, comprising the largest number of professional and student members outside the UK, recently granted its prestigious accreditation status to Jaffna’s Visahlam Further Education College as a Study Centre.
Located in the heart of Jaffna town, Visahlam Further Education College has a proven reputation for delivering high quality education.
“As the world’s largest professional body for marketing, CIM plays a key role in training, developing and representing the marketing profession. The CIM accreditation process involves a detailed review, assessment and quality procedure. Visahlam Further Education College has clearly demonstrated its ability in meeting CIM’s high standards. As a result of this accreditation afforded to the college, students in Jaffna will now have the opportunity to begin their career path in the most sought after qualification in the marketing industry,” explained CIM SL Chairman Brian Selvanayagam.
Accreditation by CIM SL as a study centre is a milestone for Visahlam Further Education College in realising its goal of becoming a center of excellence for providing quality professional education and training.
