This is absurd to give appointment letters by politicians in public to score political points. This is only happening in SriLanka. MR did the same RW following.

The govt should exercise caution in adding to the existing bureaucracy without achieving efficiency improvements in the state sector. Otherwise it would lead to burdening the tax payer and even result in the increase of public debt.
