Eighteen grade five students were admitted to the Kandy Teaching Hospital this morning when a part of the roof of their classroom collapsed due to the heavy rains experienced in the area, police said.
The incident was reported from the Sririmalwatta Navodya School in Wattegama, Kandy.

I believe free education should be stopped and introduce a higher education debt system to change students for education like in some western countries . This will enable the government to build more universities, pay for good academics, maintain buildings and most of all no student strikes as they are paying to study. In life people don't appreciate when things are not earned.
