St. Peter’s College will look for a winning start when they confront Dharmaraja College in their Under-19 Inter-Schools Rugby Tournament opening fixture at Bambalapitiya today. The kick-off is scheduled for 4.00 pm.
Last year, St. Peter’s were the runners-up in the League Tournament, champions in the knock-out Tournament and were also the runners-up in the Sevens Tournament.
This year St. Peter’s will be led by lock forward Yohan Fernando who is a fourth-year coloursman.
Meanwhile, Dharmaraja College will be led by dynamic number eight Vishal Jude who is a third year coloursman.
In fact, Dharmaraja are making a comeback to the top division after a lapse of one year.
