Richmond College, after being bowled out for just 111 runs, fought back well to have their opponents Zahira College struggling at 78 for six in their first innings on the opening day of their Under-19 Inter-Schools Cricket Tournament encounter which began at the Galle Stadium yesterday.
Meanwhile, St Peter’s College were well placed at 41 for no loss in reply to Nalanda’s first innings score of 166 runs on day one of their match played at Campbell Place.
